FrontWars.io is a fast-paced multiplayer real-time strategy game where dozens of players fight for map dominance in real time. You begin with a small base and expand by conquering neighbors, constructing cities, walls, and ports, and balancing your resources.

As an .io strategy game, FrontWars.io combines classic territory conquest gameplay with modern multiplayer mechanics. Forge alliances or drop bombs to outmaneuver rivals, battling across both land and sea. Every tactical decision is critical in your quest for total domination.

FRONTWARS.IO GAMEPLAY

In FrontWars.io, you start by selecting a position on the map. From this small base, you expand by clicking on adjacent territories. But expansion isn't without risk - each expansion spreads your military thin, making existing territories more vulnerable to attack.

The balance between expansion and defense is the key to success. You need to balance population between troops and workers, make choices between economic development and military investment. Every decision affects your chances of victory.

FRONTWARS.IO BUILDINGS

• City: Increases maximum population by 25,000 - essential for building a powerful empire
• Defense Post: Makes it more difficult for enemies to invade your territory, slows enemy attacks, and increases enemy losses
• Port: Essential for naval power and trade - allows building Warships and trading with other ports
• Missile Silo: Launches devastating atomic, hydrogen, or MIRV bombs on enemies (right-click to use)
• SAM Launcher: Intercepts enemy missiles with different success rates depending on bomb type

FRONTWARS.IO UNITS

• Warship: Powerful naval unit to attack coastal territories - patrols water and intercepts enemy trade ships
• Destroyer: Captures enemy trade ships and generates gold - requires a port
• Atom Bomb: Causes localized destruction to enemy territories
• Hydrogen Bomb: More powerful and destructive than Atom Bomb - hits larger areas
• MIRV: Splits to hit multiple points, affecting only the targeted player

FRONTWARS.IO ALLIANCES

• Form Alliances: Send or receive troops and gold to help allies under attack or building up strength
• Trade Routes: Control ports to establish trade routes for passive gold income
• Betrayal: Betraying an ally ends the alliance, pauses trade for a few minutes, and marks you as a traitor for 30 seconds
• Diplomacy: Bots and human players react differently to your actions - diplomacy matters in achieving victory
